Terms and Conditions


D.N.D.M. Ltd (Trading As Retail Acrylics) is continually evaluating, improving products to suit the changing demands of the market, we reserve the right to alter the design and or specification of any goods described on this website.

All prices are subject to change with out prior notice and are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of carriage charges. Costs for custom works are relevant at the time of quotation (48 hours after receipt of quotation) these costs are subject to change without notice after this period.

Delivery dates are given in good faith, no responsibility can be accepted for strikes, accidents or delays in transit. It is company policy to request payment with order. Payments accepted via Paypal services, other payment services include; Proforma Invoice, Cheque and Postal Orders.

Cheques, eCheques and Postal orders may take up to 10 calendar days to clear, orders will be dispatched once payment has cleared. Credit terms may be applied with regular orders. Credit terms of payment are 30 days Nett. Any debt outstanding for more than 30 days will be charged at 3%. Credit terms are reviewed every 6 months and can be terminated at any time. Overseas customers are asked to pay in GBP Sterling.

Company policy is to charge for prototypes. On an agreed further order a credit may be given up to the maximum value of the prototype price.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which it is ultimately intended.

 A single sample may be supplied where 3rd party approval is required before the purchase of bulk orders. Company policy is to charge samples at list price. The cost of the sample may be credited to the customer once a bulk order is confirmed.

An order is accepted by D.N.D.M. Ltd either by means of a sale. Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled or returned without the agreement of D.N.D.M. Ltd and the customer's shall pay for any costs, claims, losses or expenses incurred as a result of that cancellation. Under no circumstances may orders for custom made products be cancelled.

Goods supplied shall be the customer's risk immediately on receipt. Title to the goods shall remain with D.N.D.M. Ltd until the customer has paid all sums due whether in respect of this contract or otherwise. In cases of non-payment D.N.D.M. Ltd shall be entitled to repossess the goods and any further costs incurred.

Delivery 


D.N.D.M. Ltd accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to the products once the delivery is signed for. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition the delivery should be refused. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. Once the delivery has been signed for, any damages must be reported to D.N.D.M. Ltd with in 24 hours. If damages are not declared with in the 24 hours D.N.D.M. Ltd will not be responsible for replacing the products as postal insurance after this period of time will be voided.

D.N.D.M. Ltd accepts no responsibility for the actions of any couriers used and reserve the right not to issue a refund or send out replacement item(s) until the relevant courier has reached a conclusion for a claim.

 It is against the law to make a false claim and any person(s) / company deemed to have done so will be reported to the courts.

Damaged Goods

Any damage to an item(s) MUST be reported in writing via e-mail to DNDM Ltd within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

 In the event of receiving a damaged item(s), photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging will be required before further action is taken by D.N.D.M. Ltd. The Images required must be received within 7 days of the damage notification being made. If the images are not received within the 7 days any claim will result in the claim being void.Failure to provide sufficient photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and damaged item(s) will result in the claim being void.



Any Item that is reported to be damaged must not be used, if the item is found to have been used this will invalidate any claim.

If the item(s) is deemed by D.N.D.M. Ltd as damaged via the selected carrier, in accordance with courier terms and conditions, the damaged item(s) complete with its original packaging will need to be stored at the customers delivery address until the courier is able to collect the item for inspection. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the item(s) and all packaging safe until it is collected by the courier. If the item(s) and or packaging are not kept by the customer or are not available for collection for inspection by the courier, this will void any claim.

Alternatively D.N.D.M. Ltd may require the item to be returned complete with the packaging it was sent to the customer, so D.N.D.M. Ltd can claim against the relevant party.

In the event of replacement item(s) being sent and the claim voided or refused by the courier, the replacement item(s) must be returned to D.N.D.M. Ltd at the customers cost and in a re-saleable condition. Failure to do so will result in court action against the customer for the replacement item(s) costs and any further costs incurred.

D.N.D.M. Ltd reserve the right not to send out replacement items or issue a refund until responsibility for the damage has been accepted by the courier. It is against the law to make a false claim and any person(s) / company deemed to have done so will be reported to the courts.

Any products returned to us which the customer claims to be defective or damaged in transit will be checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned products that are not found to be defective will be returned to the customer at their cost. The product will be held until full payment has been received for the return delivery costs.

Any products returned are at the customers own risk and cost. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items.

Any attempt to repair or modify the item(s) by the customer or any third party without prior written consent from D.N.D.M Ltd will result in any claims being void.

Returns

D.N.D.M. Ltd does not accept the return of goods without giving prior consent. Under no circumstances will custom made products be returnable. Returns on stock products in good, re-saleable condition may be possible at the discretion of D.N.D.M. Ltd.

 

 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

(a) medicinal products or services that are either dispensed on prescription or are available free under an NHS arrangement.

(b) a contract for passenger transport services - such as bus, rail or flight tickets.

(c) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the retailer.

(d) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.

(e) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly - such as a delivery of fresh flowers or meat.

(f) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.

(g) the supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance - for example, hotel bookings, courier services, car hire, restaurant bookings and theatre tickets for specific dates.

In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:

(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.

(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.



Items lost in post

Proof of postage is retained for each parcel that is dispatched from D.N.D.M. Ltd. In the event an item is lost in transit, a courier claim will be raised. Once the relevant courier has confirmed the parcel has been ‘lost in the system’ the customer is entitled to a refund or have replacement item(s) re-sent. This process can take up to 28 days from the date the claim is raised. D.N.D.M. Ltd accepts no responsibility for the actions of any couriers used and reserve the right not to issue a refund or send out replacement item(s) until the courier has reached a conclusion for the claim. It is against the law to make a false claim and any person(s) / company deemed to have done so will be reported to the courts.

Shipping Details

D.N.D.M. Ltd offer tracked and non tracked delivery services, it is at the customers discretion which service they purchase. All non tracked delivery services are at the customers own risk.


All items sent via non recorded services will be classed as received within four working days from the day of dispatch.


It is the customer’s responsibility to notify D.N.D.M. Ltd of any orders not received within four working days.


Failure to notify D.N.D.M. Ltd that the item has not arrived after four working days may result in the claim being invalid.


Any orders placed with D.N.D.M. Ltd will be sent to the customers registered payment address. Customers may request an alternative delivery address but it is at the discretion of D.N.D.M. Ltd whether the request is accepted. (ebay only send to registered address) D.N.D.M.Ltd reserve the right not to dispatch orders to any address other than that of the customers registered address


It is the customer’s responsibility to provide D.N.D.M Ltd  with the correct delivery address. Any address errors if not corrected by the customer prior to dispatch will result in the goods being returned to D.N.D.M Ltd. If the package is returned the goods will be held by D.N.D.M Ltd until the customer arranges collection. In some cases the delivery address may be able to be corrected if still in transit any fees incurred to correct the delivery address will be paid for by the customer and agreed prior to correction.


Unless other wise stated all courier services used are Non-guaranteed. D.N.D.M. Ltd accepts no responsibility for item(s) arriving later than requested and any subsequent consequences.


Deliveries can be made by parcel couriers or palletized deliveries. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inform Retail Acrylics of any special delivery circumstances such as specific loading times or parking and vehicle restrictions at the delivery address. Any fines or charges incurred through the customers failure to inform retail acrylics of any special delivery circumstances will be fully incurred by the customer.


The postage amount stated in the product description is for the UK mainland only. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands are not included in the UK mainland postage price. Please email us prior to bidding or buying any items to confirm the postage cost for your area.





The products will be delivered to the address stated when the customer places their order however we reserve the Right not to make deliveries outside the United Kingdom.


Product Guarantee/ Warranty

All products come without guarantee or warranty unless specified. If an item is received with a manufacturing fault the customer will have three days from the date of receipt to report the manufacturing fault. If the fault is not reported within this time any claim will be void. In the case of a manufacturing fault, D.N.D.M. Ltd at their discretion will offer to repair, replace or refund the cost of an item. D.N.D.M Ltd will have a one month period in which to do so.

Any attempt to repair or modify the item(s) by the customer or any third party without prior written consent from D.N.D.M Ltd will result in any claims being void. 

Liability

The customer shall supply to D.N.D.M. Ltd clear and precise drawings and specifications for custom manufactured goods. Any liability for errors due to unclear or ambiguous information supplied is expressly excluded by D.N.D.M. Ltd.

The liability of any designs commissioned to D.N.D.M. Ltd to manufacture will remain with the customer. All products manufactured will be to the specifications supplied. Any flaws or faults in the design of the products will remain the responsibility of the customer.

The limit of D.N.D.M. Ltd’s liability hereunder shall not exceed the contract price of undelivered Goods or Goods accepted by D.N.D.M. Ltd to be defective. D.N.D.M. Ltd's liability shall not extend to consequential loss or loss to third parties

All goods must be examined on receipt. If any goods are believed not to be suitable for their application due to risk of injury, it is the customers responsibility to store the goods in a safe place until the goods can be examined by D.N.D.M. Ltd. Use of the goods deemed by the customer as not suitable will be at their own risk.

Returns All goods MUST be examined ON RECIPT and any damage is to be declared on the carrier's delivery note. D.N.D.M. Ltd MUST BE INFORMED OF DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. Failure to comply will cause the carrier to refute the claim, then the entire cost must be borne by the customer.
